Kat bawah ni list bende2 yg korg perlukan utk build muscle:
1. Kemahuan
Mcm yg slalu kite dengar, dimana ada kemahuan disitu ada jalan, sama jugak la utk bodybuilding ni.. kalo xde kemahuan yg tinggi, then kite akan jadi hangat2 taik ayam lah, kejap je workout then stop, so aku suggest before korg start make sure yg korg btol2 nk buat.. makan nk kene jaga.. kalo melantak x ingt dunia, workout pon x berkesan.
2. Masa
Masa amat penting.. make sure korg ade mase yg mencukupi utk workout. At least sejam sehari, 5 hari sminggu pon dah cukup. Utk nmpk hasil bodybuilding, amik mase beberpa bulan gak la, depend kat korg nye commitment, supplement, technique and body response.
3. Duit
Duit part yg paling membunuh.. kalo betul2 nk berketul and dlm mase yg lebih singkat, kene lah invest duit tuh utk bli equipment and supplement bai..kalo semue nk free x pat aa. Equipment utk beginner biasenye dumbbell la, bli satu set adjustable dumbbel mcm gmbr kat tepi nih. mydin pon ade jual.. harga plus minus RM 80 sbijik utk yg 10kg. Pakai adjustable dumbbell ni senang nk tukar2 die nye weight utk training.
Utk supplement lak, aku penah try lipo-6, lecithin, ngan L-Carnitine Tatrate utk fat burning. Aku x reccommend korg bli lipo 6 sbb walopon die agak effective sbb die nye kandungan caffein tinggi, mungkin ade side effect. harga die leh dpt Rm 130 utk 120 capsul (tahan 2 bulan). Lipo 6 nih xde jual kat farmasi. Lecithin lak substance yg membolehkan fat + air bercampur, & utk fat metablolisme, aku makan body rase panas cm amik vitamin B complex.. berat maintan je. harga agak mahal n aku tak rase ade significance difference lepas amik lecithin.Yg terbaik takat ni aku rase L-Carnitine Tatrate, ade jual kat farmasi mcm guardian or watson. Gune die adalah utk burn fat more rapidly to produce energy, harga utk 60 capsul dlm RM80, aku slalu amik 2 bijik before jog & b4 men badminton, mmg bertenaga abis ah.
Next supplement is multivitamin. Multivitamin ni amat diperlukan terutamanya utk repair sel2 yg rosak lepas training, diperlukan utk re energize body & increase metabolism. Dulu aku amik MegaMan yg aku bli dr GNC ngn Multivitamin Blackmores.. Stended vitamin singgit sbjik.. Skrg aku amik Madu Tualang.. lg effective!! hehe
Utk sape2 yg nk body berketul2.. aku suggest korg bli Creatine Monohydrate. Creatine ni chemical yg digunakan utk sustain kan air dlm muscle so that protein akan spend more time dlm muscle utk repair n build muscle. Creatine ni jugak digunakan utk release ATP (energy utk muscle) & speed up muscle recovery time.. amik creatine before and after workout.. creatine ni amat berkesan terutamanye utk org yg kurus.. mmg obvious die nye effect lepas amik dlm mase 2 minggu. Harga die utk 1kg dlm RM180 (gnc).
Protein - Protein adalah bende plg penting. Protein pon nk kene beli gak, yang plg murah leh dpt dr ikan atau putih telur. Depend kat bajet, utk beginner aku reccommend amik 4-5 bijik telur putih after workout. Nk lg senang, bli protein powder kat farmasi. Sesape yg blum penah amik protein, korg leh try 21st Century Muscle Builder, 250 g, harga RM 25-39. Muscle builder ni tahan 4 hr je.. kalo ade dut lebih bleh bli Protein Powder Nutralife (750 kg Rm179) or Nitrotech dari GNC (2.5kg RM280).Then kalo ade duit lebih, boleh bli fish oil utk supply essential fatty acid ngn garlic oil utk boost testosterone. (biasenye RM 2/day utk fish oil & garlic oil)

4. Teknik yg betul
Teknik nk kene betul, aku suggest korg tgk kat website nih, teknik dlm website ni lbh kurg mcm yg aku pnh consult Mr Wong Hong (sape die nih? google a wei.!). Dr pengalaman aku, utk sesape yg nk trim lemak kat perut, nk kene hilangkan body fat terlebih dahulu. Kalo dah gemok tuh, buat abs 1000 kali sehari pon xde effect hehe.. burn fat dulu ngn jogging ke, swimming ke, br lah effective. Body part yg len, cara dlm website tuh mmg boleh digune pakai, utk beginner tgk teknik yg gune dumbbell.
5. Komitmen
Komitmen ni bende yg paling penting.. kalo x bg komitmen ape2 keje pon x jalan. Kalo dah build muscle then ttibe stop, nnti korg akan nmpk die nye side effect jeng3.. Selamat mencuba.
